ONCAP considers investment opportunities in three verticals; Consumer, Industrials and Services. We look for investments with the following characteristics:
Headquartered in North America
Target enterprise value: $50-$500 million
Target equity investment: $20-$250 million
EBITDA: in excess of $5 million
Significant minority or control equity investments
Management team interested in ownership stake
Strong, sustainable free cash flow

Building management team depth: ONCAP has substantial experience improving middle-market businesses with key value-added resources
