Chaitanya joined ONCAP in 2026. Previously, he worked in the Private Equity Group at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and the Investment Banking division at RBC, both in Toronto.

Chaitanya holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Deans Honor) from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
